• 3 concepts for townhome design

  • YZ provides 3 diff design concepts (1 part sun, 2 full sun) for client to mix and match across development

    • we will NOT model all buildings/design each specific building

  • YZ provides designs for front + sides of bldg, 

  • YZ design includes planting + exterior design

• 3 concepts for condo design

  • (same parameters as townhome - 3 concepts, etc)

• Design for the entry to the development (planting + sign, both sides of driveway + a center island)

• Design for the pool area (landscape + bldg exterior design)

• Design dog park and seating areas

• Standard deliverables + V1 CAD

  • 3D renders

  • Plant legend and plan

  • Material list

  • Budget Outline

  • Hardscaping plan

  • Lighting Plan

  • Product and Furniture links

  • Home exterior design including paint, siding, windows, and roofing

  • Elements and amenity design including pergolas, fire pits, kitchens, fences, and more
